Our team is growing as we take on more projects from artists and labels across Europe. We’re hiring a Production Assistant to help keep production running smoothly, on time, and up to a high standard.
Production Assistant
This is a hands-on, technical role that involves active, physical work and being on your feet for long periods. You’ll operate industrial machinery, handle materials, and take care of daily production tasks where attention to detail, responsibility, and a willingness to learn are essential. If you love music and like hands-on work, you’ll feel right at home here.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing: Pack records to specifications and prepare for shipping.
- Quality Control: Inspect records to ensure consistent pressing quality.
- Production: Assist with setup, production, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Recycling: Sort and recycle waste plastic for reuse in production.
Requirements
- Quick learner: Eager to understand technical processes and improve continuously.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy, responsibility, and consistency in daily work.
- Analytical mindset: Logical thinking and basic problem-solving skills.
- Work ethic: Able to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
- Environment: Comfortable working around large machinery in a noisy, industrial setting.
- Flexibility: Shift-based work; occasional weekends may be required.
- Culture fit: A genuine passion for music helps you feel at home in our team.
