Formats
We produce vinyl records on three most popular formats:
- 12-inch: standard LP size. Up to 22 min per side
- 10-inch: niche format, often used for short EPs or limited editions
- 7-inch: compact format, ideal for singles. Up to 5 min per side
Record Weight
We offer two weight options for 12-inch records — both sound the same, but each offers a different feel and perception of quality.
- 140 gram: standard weight, more sustainable option
- 180 gram: premium, audiophile weight
Material Options
We press most color records on virgin PVC. Black and marble vinyl always include 20% recycled material by default. If you prefer a more sustainable option, we also offer:
- Eco-vinyl: 100% in-house recycled PVC — no new plastic used
- Bio-vinyl: made from renewable, bio-based materials – no crude oil
Color & Special Effects
We press in classic black, vivid solid colors, and a full range of custom vinyl effects. These make each record visually unique and collectible:
- Splatter: paint-like color bursts over a base
- Split: two colors divided across the surface
- Merge: blended mix of two colors
- Color-in-color: one color pressed inside another
- Swirl: flowing patterns with multiple tones
- Marble: cloudy, textured patterns with depth
Vinyl Etching
Vinyl etching is often used on the 4th side of a double LP — perfect for limited editions, special runs, or custom releases. We offer two types of etching, each suited to different kinds of artwork:
- Chemical etching: best for bold, high-contrast line art and minimal designs
- Laser etching: more flexible and precise — ideal for intricate, modern artwork
Packaging Options
We offer a wide range of packaging options — from simple disco bags to full box sets. Choose what fits your release best:
- Outer sleeves: standard covers with 3mm or 4mm spine
- Multi-panel covers: gatefolds and trifold sleeves for double or triple LPs
- Box sets: custom packaging for multi-disc or deluxe editions
- Disco bags: printed or unprinted — ideal for singles and promos
- Inner sleeves: printed, unprinted with polylining, or plain paper
- Protection: shrink wrap, open/closed plastic sleeves, or no wrap for sustainability
Inserts & Extras
You can customize your release further with inserts and extras:
- Inserts: lyric sheets, booklets, posters, printed flyers
- Download cards: printed or QR-based — we can print them or you supply your own
- Stickers: custom-printed, for different color editions or promo use
- Hand-numbering: on sleeves or labels — ideal for limited runs

Bio-Vinyl
All standard colors are also available in bio vinyl, so you can match any artwork without compromise. Made using renewable, non-toxic compounds, bio vinyl is a more sustainable alternative to standard PVC — with the same great sound and look.
Unlike conventional PVC, which relies on fossil fuels and contains harmful additives, bio vinyl is made from recycled cooking oils, fully recyclable, reduces CO₂ footprint by over 90%, supports a circular economy, and lasts over 75 years.
Color Effects
For vinyl color effects like split, splatter, color-in-color, merge or marble vinyl you’re free to combine any colors you like. However, not all combinations behave the same in production. Some colors blend more naturally, while others may create muddier or unexpected results — especially when layered or merged.
For the most striking outcomes, we recommend pairing contrasting tones or choosing color families that complement each other visually. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to advise based on past results and your design goals.
Eco-Vinyl
Eco vinyl is made from 100% recycled PVC, making it the most sustainable choice for your pressing. Because the source material includes leftover compounds from previous runs, it often carries traces of other colors — giving each record a unique, unpredictable look.
In larger runs, maintaining precise color shades can be difficult, but the results often feature vivid tones and beautiful marbled effects. It’s an ideal option if you value sustainability and enjoy one-of-a-kind visual outcomes.
