After setting up the machines according to your individual order, the actual pressing starts, using only highest-quality pellets for the best possible results. At the same time the artwork is being printed at one of Lithuania’s top printing houses.

Quality measures of custom vinyl pressing

Every pressed vinyl is double-checked for visual defects before packaging stage of release for final delivery. Every 25th record has a sound test.

After another sound and visual check of the pressed records, our staff starts to assemble the vinyl with the inner and outer sleeves by hand. By wish, the finished product can be sealed with shrink wrap and also be stickered according to your personal wishes.

Green philosophy of vinyl record manufacturing

Green Lakes Pressing process is based on green philosophy. All the excess left after vinyl pressing is reused as a useful material. Zero waste. Recyclable vinyl record jackets is an option as well.
